Address: Off of Immokalee Road, Naples, Fl
Phone: 239-597-6196
Web site: http://www.floridastateparks.org/delnor-wiggins/default.cfm
Description: Delnor-Wiggins draws more visitors each year than any state park in Southwest Florida. There are lots of recreation opportunities: fishing, canoeing, sunbathing, swimming and a boat ramp.
Pros: Natural beach. Short walk from parking to the water. Close to both Bonita Springs and Naples.
Cons: Parking can be a challenge and nearby traffic can make the wait even longer. During winter months, visitors often must wait in long lines for parking.
Likely visitors: Nature lovers and families wanting a variety of activities.
Getting there: Heading west on Immokalee Road in Naples, the road turns into 111th Avenue, then Bluebill Ave. Continue to the park entrance.
Parking: Entrance to the park, which includes parking, is $5 per car or $3 for single-occupant vehicles.
