Roy Yamaguchi to host "Taste of Twenty Years Dinner"

Chef Roy Yamaguchi will be in town on May 23, 2008 to host the "Taste of Twenty Years Dinner" at Roy’s Naples, a culinary event billed as a "celebration of 20 years of delectable flavors."

It has been 20 years since the original Roy’s opened in Honolulu and in celebration of this milestone event, Chef Roy Yamaguchi will host a dinner featuring some of his most loved culinary creations from “back in the day.” A delicious four-course dinner pays tribute to the founding flavors of Hawaiian Fusion® Cuisine.
Here's the details.
The five-part menu lands in 1988, 1998 and 2008 and includes wine pairings and featured sauces from Branham Estate Wines; vintner Gary Branham will be on hand as a special guest.
