Naples Daily News Half Marathon

Description: Come out and cheer on Neapolitans while they battle exhaustion to complete the annual half-marathon.

This will be the 17th year of Title sponsorship for the Naples Daily News of the 1/2 marathon. It is one of the nations top 25 1/2 marathons and the most popular 1/2 in the state of Florida. many locals participate as well as people come from all over the US and even from Canada and other foreign countries

The course is USATF certified and begins on 5th Avenue South and returns to Cambier Park. Mile markers each mile; water and sports drink at 7 stops, turns marked, out and back course - flat and fast. Pursuant to USATF rules, no headphones, in-line skates, baby joggers or strollers, or bicycle support allowed on course.
