Description: What: Equal Voice is hosting a luncheon, “Women for Women Forum: Where the Public and Private Sectors Intersect,” and local entrepreneur Cynthia Mitchell will be honored with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s South Florida District 2008 Women in Business Champion of the Year Award.
Speakers: Betty Castor, executive director of the Dr. Kiran C. Patel Center for Global Solutions at the University of South Florida, Naples entrepreneur Ellin Goetz, FASLA, of Goetz & Stropes Landscape Architects and one other speaker will address the link between women’s voices at the policy table, the success of women in business, and the health and safety of families.
