Naples High School will have free pre-participation physical evaluations for its student-athletes and incoming student-athletes on Saturday in the cafeteria.
The boys screenings will start at 8 a.m., and the girls screenings will begin at 9 a.m. Doors will close promptly at 10 a.m.
Students must bring a completed FHSAA Physical Evaluation Form and Consent & Release of Liability Form signed by your parent in order to be seen. Forms can be found on the NHS Web site.
A health screening is required by the FHSAA for all athletes and cheerleaders in order to participate in summer conditioning programs and any interscholastic event during the school year.
