What is your favorite restaurant? Why?
Outback. I love their French onion soup and coconut shrimp.
How often do you eat out?
About four times a week, for different meals. Dinner, if I’m going to work, or breakfast.
What do you look for in a restaurant?
Eye contact. I want them to acknowledge that I’m there. Also, cleanliness.
Do you get fast food?
Not very often. The cooks are not the same, and I don’t know how long it (the food) has been sitting there.
What other restaurants do you like?
Olive Garden. Their salad is great. Most people don’t know this, but the American Legion Hall serves some very nice food. They have the best grouper, in season. Anybody can go there; you just can’t buy drinks unless you’re a member. And the Moose Lodge has great steak. You can cut it with a fork.
