Specialty: “Inventory. It’s a headache but it’s something you get used to and get good at.” She deals with deliveries and sales people. She said she’s developed the necessary toughness to get the best produce, ingredients and supplies for her restaurant. What do you like about your job?: “I like to be behind the scenes.
” Future plans: Moving to Connecticut with her family. Thinks she might work in an office so she’ll have more time to spend with her kids. “It all depends on what opportunities come my way.
” Favorite restaurants: Bonefish Grille, P.F. Chang’s. “I don’t go out much.” What do you do in your free time: “I workout, I run at beach, take walks with the kids.”
