Drug arrests

• Collier County sheriff’s deputies responded to a call Friday about shots being fired in the area of Long John Silver restaurant in East Naples.

Witnesses advised deputies that they had seen the suspect run from the rear of the business, reports said.

Deputies, along with a tracking dog, located the tracks. Kara Ann Gourley, 16, of 2616 Andrew Drive, East Naples, was arrested at home and charged with unsafe storage of a firearm.

Deputies say they also found marijuana. She was charged with possessing marijuana with intent to sell, possessing more than 20 grams of marijuana and possessing narcotic equipment paraphernalia.

• Nigel L. Cantrell, 31, of 4251 Gulfstream Drive, No. 202, Naples, was arrested Friday at U.S. 41 East and Guilford Road. He was charged with possessing more than 20 grams of marijuana and driving with a suspended license.

• Victor Oscar Sardinas, 43, of 1880 51st St. S.W., Golden Gate, was arrested Friday at 4820 Golden Gate Parkway. He was charged with possessing cocaine and possessing cocaine with intent to sell.

• Jamil Fabius, 29, of 501 Palmetto Ave., No. 115, Immokalee, was arrested Friday at home. He was charged with sale of a controlled substance and possessing cocaine with intent to sell.

• Fredrick Charles Herring, 37, of 519 13th St. N., Naples, was arrested Friday at 1280 Fifth Ave. on a warrant charging sale or delivery of cocaine and possessing cocaine with intent to sell.

• Travis Cody Sneed, 22, of 646 108th Ave. N., North Naples, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging drug possession.

Flee arrest

Juan Manuel Hernandez, 24, of 1028 Aloe Lane, Immokalee, was arrested Friday at home on a warrant charging violation of probation in Collier County for fleeing and eluding authorities.

Grand theft arrest

Tabitha Ann Click, 24, of 14840 Triangle Bay Drive, No. 4108, Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Friday at home on a warrant charging violation of probation on a grand theft case.

Domestic violence arrests

• Omar Trejo Rodriguez, 30, of 1002 Manatee Road, No. 304, East Naples, was arrested Friday at 1000 Manatee Road. He was charged with grabbing and scratching the face of his sister, Veronica Rodriguez, who was attempting to stop a fight between Rodriguez and his brother, Oscar Rodriguez.

• Chad Alfred Bocanegra, 19, of 76 Shores Ave., North Naples, was arrested Friday at home. He was charged with pushing and throwing punches at his father, Hector Bocanegra. He also was charged with resisting a law enforcement officer without violence.

• Richard Lee Vaughn, 26, of 1231 Commonwealth Circle, Golden Gate, was arrested Saturday at home. He was charged with shoving the chest of his wife, Yessika Vaughn.

• Michael Samuel Stallworth, 52, of Tampa, was arrested Saturday at 2840 Cypress Trace Circle, Golden Gate Estates. He was charged with punching his girlfriend, Renee Miya.

DUI arrests

• Francisco Gonzalez, 29, 309 18th St., Immokalee, was arrested Friday on a warrant for DUI.

• John G. Lambertson, 45, 4381 Sixth Ave. N.E., Golden Gate Estates, was arrested Friday at Pine Ridge Road and Logan Boulevard.

• Pedro Sales Lopez, 45, 110 Sixth St. N., Immokalee, was arrested Saturday at Boston Avenue and Seventh Street South.

• John Edward Parsons, 24, 28060 Dovewood Court, No. 107, Bonita Springs, was arrested Saturday at 2490 Vanderbilt Beach Road.

Whats going around that Long John Silver restaurant?? This is the second incident this week. Both including wapons and teenagers. Funny they put the picture of this guy FERNANDEZ in the wbsite but did not pun Ms.GOURLEY'S. Who had a gun AND marihuana.
