Family fun night

The Collection at Vanderbilt will sponsor a family fun night from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Vanderbilt Beach and Airport-Pulling roads, Naples.

Girls night out

New store

Sweetbay Supermarket will open at 7 a.m. on Saturday at 10026 Coconut Road, Estero. The first 1,000 customers will receive free pineapples and everyone will be able to sample products and receive giveaways. Calypso music will be playing live from 7 to 11 a.m. A free CholestCheck cholesterol screening will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 29.

New additions

Strip House, at Naples Grande Resort & Club, 475 Seagate Drive, Naples, has added six new items to its menu. The new items include a jumbo crab cake, roasted golden beets and grilled asparagus, roasted bacon, seared kobe, a 14-ounce bone in filet and a 20-ounce bone in strip steak.
