NAPLES — Internationally known yogi and musician Wade Morissette will be leading workshops at Bala Vinyasa Yoga, 6326 Trail Boulevard North, on December 5 through December 7.
Morissette, who is Alanis Morissette's twin brother, combines his love of yoga and music to create an energetic and enlightening experience. Morissette has taught yoga for 13 years and is experienced in a variety of yoga traditions, including Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, a press release for Bala Vinyasa Yoga states.
Morissette will lead a series of workshops blending hip hop and world music with vinyasa yoga and meditation. Individual workshops are $40 and $230 for the full weekend.
"We are so excited to bring Wade Morissette to Naples," said Michelle Ploog, Bala Vinyasa Co-Director. "His workshops will inspire new students and reenergize experienced students."
