NAPLES — A pedestrian is in critical condition after being struck by an unknown vehicle at approximately 1:30 a.m. on CR-951 approximately one mile south of Immokalee Road, the Florida Highway Patrol reports.
Sean O. McDonnell, 35, of Naples was transported to Naples Community Hospital.
The Florida Highway Patrol gives this report:
An unknown vehicle was traveling south on CR-951 in the outside lane. Sean McDonnell was walking within or crossing the southbound outside lane. The vehicle struck McDonnell and fled the scene possibly traveling south on CR-951.
There is no information on the make or type of vehicle.
