Prep volleyball: First Baptist Academy drops first match

First Baptist Academy kicked off its fall season Tuesday when its volleyball team visited Seacrest. The Lions lost a tight first set before losing being swept 26-24, 25-12.

First Baptist’s teams are playing schedules split between varsity and junior varsity games in this their second season in the Florida High School Athletic Association. Tuesday’s volleyball match at Seacrest was a junior varsity contest.
