The Tropical Flowering Tree Society hears Robert Bobson, TFTS president and owner of Biospheric Engineering Nursery, speak on the flowering trees of India, with photos and observations from a recent trip. Plant auctions and refreshments are part of the meeting.
• Time: 7:30 p.m.
• Location: Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, 10901 Old Cutler Road, Coral Gables. Use the south entrance to reach the garden house.
• Admission: Free for guests; annual membership $30 a year
