The annotated menu: EVOO Market and Bistro
Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008
If recipes are like blueprints, then a menu is the city skyline — a panoramic view of the chef’s architectural abilities. At EVOO Market and Bistro, the menu is more Naples than New York. Come Monday... there’ll be a bay view, but no Bayview
Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008
Easy access by both land or sea is seldom found in Southwest Florida. Bayview, on Marco Island, is one of the few waterfront restaurants that offers this convenience.
