At the end of the third quarter, Palmetto Ridge’s offense had the ball at the Gulliver Prep 45. The Bears trailed by a touchdown. It appeared the game could go either way.

Elbrinet Dupras was forced to quit football after doctors determined his collapse at a spring practice stemmed from a subdural hematoma, a blood clot in the brain. “I was sad because I really liked football,” Dupras said. “I ain’t gonna lie, I do miss it.” Full story »
