This artist's rendition shows the Antaramian Development Group's plans for what is now a mostly bare 5 acre site on Old 41 in Bonita Springs. The Bonita Springs City Council on Monday selected the company to redevelop the property, which is bisected by the Imperial River and formerly housed the Bamboo Village mobile home park. City leaders are hoping the project sparks a revitalization of the Old 41 corridor through the heart of the city.
