Manatee Release
There was a manatee release on Friday, the two were a pair, cow/calf , rescued in April in Goodland Bay . They were rehabilitated by the staff at Lowry Park Zoo and now ready to go back to the wild.

They were both taken to the Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa where the calf was rehabilitated and nearly doubled in size, going from 69 pounds to 120 pounds.
