Construction resumes on parking lot even though hawks still around

Naples officials are moving forward with construction on the $9 million garage at the corner of Eighth Street South and Sixth Avenue South in Naples. Naples City Manager Bill Moss said Monday that the city will begin the next phase of construction - putting up a fence and clearing the property - beginning Wednesday.
