Marc Joseph has been around as a real estate agent since 1990 but branched out into foreclosures four months ago and now offers tours on the weekends. The three-hour tour typically showcases 10-12 hand-picked homes. Sundays at 1 p.m., Joseph leads tours around South Fort Myers and Estero. "It's a niche business," says Joseph, "It's hard to find the foreclosures and most real estate agents don't know how. It's not as easy as looking on the MLS."
