Description: On the Asian food front, sushi was it in the 80s. Then came Thai and Japanese in the 90s. So far into the new millennium, Vietnamese fare appears to be the fairest in the land — if you can find it. Add Noodle Saigon to the short list of Vietnamese eateries in Naples. Noodle Saigon looks its age — new. And décor is minimal. The dining room is filled with identical four-top tables covered with maroon linens. Dotting the pale yellow walls are colorful prints — mostly scenes of the homeland. Head straight for the spring rolls — crispy rice paper shells stuffed with a nice mix of minced pork, shrimp and vegetables. Other appetizer options ride the range from shrimp paste on sugar cane and steamed rice crepes with Vietnamese ham to charcoal broiled pork meatballs, rice cakes with dried ground shrimp and lemon chicken salad. From a list of house specials, pick fried rice with chicken, beef, Chinese sausage and shrimp. The steaming hot portion is generous enough for two to share and wallet-friendly at just $12.50. The mountain of rice comes studded with bits of cooked egg, peas and carrots and a goodly amount of shrimp and chicken. In the "Rice Noodle Salad Bowl" column, go for the "grilled shrimp" ($10.50) and get a big, round bowl of shredded lettuce and bean sprouts crowned with eight beautiful, plump shrimp, Beware, the shrimp come with the shells still on.

This quiet family-owed restaurant is located in Wiggins Pass Crossing, on the East side of US 41, just south of Wiggins Pass Rd. We tried the summer shrimp rolls, which were large and tasty and a nice change from the overly-familiar fried spring rolls. The rice noodle salad bowls, with 15 different meat and seafood toppings, are typically Vietnamese and very good. The service was very friendly and the decor is pleasing. Same menu and prices for lunch and dinner, but they may be planning to add lunch specials in the future.

This is a best kept secret, but so good it should be shared. Absolutely one of my favorite places in Naples. Ginormous, generous, flavorful bowls of noodle soup with rich broths and fresh ingredients.. Their appetizers are also outstanding. Affordable which is a nice change here and fast service. Justa great, great place I hope they do well and stay for many, many years!

My wife and I moved here from the Pacific Northwest, THE land of Asian food, and this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants we have ever been to. The ingredients are extremely fresh and the presentation on all the dishes was great.

We had both vegetarian and shrimp/pork summer rolls and the spring rolls with lettuce and basil wraps for appetizers. All were excellent. The Pho is well prepared and very large. The pork and shrimp rice noodle dish had a good deal of meat and veggies.

Mango shakes and ice coffee were also hits.

Service was excellent and friendly. The atmosphere is clean and modern.

Just got home from dinner. Food and service were just great!!! You can't beat the service and food at their prices.
I would like to see them do more business so that they stay alive.

I had a good experience at the restaurant. If you haven't
try Vietnamese food yet then you are missing out. I started with an order of summer roll, which were delicious. As a matter of fact everything I had there was delicious. I can't wait until I come back and try there other courses. The food was something I never experienced before.
