Lexey Swall-Bobay has been a staff photographer at the Naples Daily News since November 2002. Lexey graduated from San Jose State University in June 2002. Her college summer internships included The Bakersfield Californian in 1999, The Los Angeles Daily News in 2000, The (Newark, N.J.) Star-Ledger in 2001, and the Star Tribune in Minneapolis, Minn. in 2002.

"We just have to keep spreading the light and do our best as human beings during this tragedy."


    A view of the lobby from the second floor of the NCEF Pediatric Dental Center shows the unique design of the facility, which is located on the Edison State College campus in East Naples. The facility will open on December 3. The University of Florida is providing the pediatric dentists and will provide advanced care and specialty services to disadvantaged children.
