I see no purpose in running up the score like this. Let the clock run.. take delay in the game penalties to do so but this isn't sportmanship! 91-0? Inexcusible...

Scott is an elected official charged with protecting the citizens of Lee County. He's not running for national office and should utilize his time to do his job. That should be enough to keep him busy given Lee County's HIGH crime rate.

First they hire the guy, then he uses "appropriate" language for athletes that offends the school. They fire him because of this and the community voices concerns because of such a "petty" reason to terminate the guy. The school gets a black eye in the process. Now its communicated publicly that the coaches vetting process failed. How ironic this all comes out now after the negative press both party's received. Its as if the school is releasing the information for public support in justifying its previous action. And that was for firing a coach for using profanity to grown men.

Let us bow our heads...

We all have our opinions of who won and that's fine and dandy; however, here's what I don't understand. I was taught to look a man in the eye when speaking to him. It exudes confidence. Can someone please tell me why McCain did not show respect to Mr. Obama by not speaking direct to him manno to manno, eye to eye? It's a disrespectful gesture and the sign of lack of confidence. Further, he talked down to OBAMA and appeared to be stubborn and had no consideration for other ideas. And this is reaching across the aisle as he often says he will do? It's a give and take world but this old geezer has the attitude of my way or no way.

What is so amazing is how the conservatives try to find excuses to justify McCain's actions. BUSH has screwed them and now McCain and "witchcraft" Palin is the saviour?? I don't think so!

Running like a coward... McCain is. He knows what's in store. First the Palin nomination and now this. He's too erratic.. just like an old man.
