Big oil companies and washington share holders. 2)My grandchildren, since it will take 15 years to extract the oil. 3)Bilions of tax dollars that could otherwise be invested in wind, solar and thermo...Take that money and make rooftop panels affordable "like Germany" and you'll see short term independance...Cheers!

Sweet!. Another working person under stress get nailed with a hefty ticket and points, going a couple of miles over the speed limit on it's way to work at a local low paying job.
