If Obama or the morons trying to make an issue of this can’t handle, dislike, or afraid that the use of his middle name will tie him to someone evil I suggest a legal name change for Obama. Yet we resort to the oldest ploy in the book and play the race card.
Has anyone noticed that when the race card gets played in today’s society it has little to no effect on the world. Reason: It’s been played so often on trivial non-race based accusations. Everyone is desensitized to it. You can thank Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson for that.
Not everything negative directed towards Obama is based on a dislike for his race. Then again cops should be use to being called racist because that’s the only reason they arrest anyone that’s not white is because of a dislike for their race isn’t it? Law has nothing to do with it?
Gee, what happens if Obama not elected to the presidency. I guess the whole country will be racists and just trying to keep the Blackman down. Grow up and move on.

What stereotype are you referring to? I’ve been to all the locations I’ve mentioned plus many other third world nations. I seen and studied the same phenomenon over and over again. The end results are much the same.
They come to this country to find a better life but bring their cultural baggage with them. Most people when they go somewhere looking for a new beginning and opportunities tend to leave the old behind and start fresh. Not the case in Immokalee. They bring the same third world mentality, the same personal issues that caused them to leave their own country.
The difference between this country and the one they left is this country is renowned around the world for passing out handouts to anyone deserving or not.
You want to use the Bears Sterns bailout as a justification for spending $8 million to build housing for farm workers. Just because Bears and Sterns was bailed out dosen’t make it right. With that mentality at what point do you suggest saying no and cutting off the sense of entitlement? Until you do some work on changing the cultural mind set throwing money at the problem is a waste of funds.
Taxpayers dollars are being funneled off to all sorts of special projects not only Wall Street. How about taxpayers dollars to cover illegals with no medical insurance. How about the unimpeded flow of State funds to finance the well being of anchor babies How about housing and utility handouts for their parents and list goes on.
Using Bears and Sterns as a justification to continue to throw money down the drain is moronic at best. Your assertion that big AG is in a constant struggle for existence hold no water. The only legislations that was passed surpasses the Bears and Sterns bailout was the most recent Farm bill that was passed. The legislations had some of the largest tax breaks and tax incentives in history. The farms only challenges are unfair trade agreements and the lack of illegal cheap labor. That must be the struggle you refer to, finding Cheap Illegal Labor.
Suggestions, change your name to SmartyPantsLiberal. We cannot fund and pay for every socioeconomic, ethnocentric giveaway that comes down the pike despite how well intended it sounds. Like any other bank account the taxpayers pockets are only so deep. The needs of the many out weight the needs of the few.

Some areas of Immokalee have had several hundreds of thousand of dollars of revitalization work done on it. It’s sad that those who received that tax payer funded benefit have put little to no effort to maintaining it. Maybe it’s that third world mentality that persists in that area. Immokalee, Tijuana Mexico, San Salvador, and Guatemala have a striking semblance to each other. Immokalee dose have something I haven’t seen anywhere else in Florida. Two drive threw liquor stores both of which are at least 60 to 80 feet long by 30 to 40 feet wide and well stocked. I guess we know where the priorities lie.

Everyone is applauding Brent Battens letter to the governor which is an excellent piece of work. What are you doing as the reading public? One person’s letter will have little affect on policies in this state. The governor needs to hear the outrage from all the citizens. Each and everyone needs to follow the example of Brent and put out outrage in writing and sent it to ALL Florida and federal legislators.

Al Sharpton just can stand having what everyone know to be true publicized. Obama in a recent speech targeted at the black community said it pretty well. Nearly half of the U.S. prison population is black. Nearly half of the children in black families are of single parents households which contribute to the prison population issue. The words Obama used were black fathers were AWOL from their duties as parents. Don did nothing wrong he just agreed with the national statistics. The only reason this is being made an issue of is because Imus asked the race of the person in question. Nothing would have been made of it if the person was White. Al Sharpton is trying to keep the fires of racial hatred stoked for his own personal gain. With out racial division Al is out of a job, out of donations to his 501 charity that keeps him in has lavish home and out of the news. Al is a pathetic little predator feeding off his own kind and their suffering. He is living proof that political correctness has gone too far.
