Aren't the visitors searched? Aren't they separated by wire/glass from the prisoners?

I've not ever been to prison/jail.
I thought you were stripped of personal belongings when entering jail.
I also thought all contact with visitors was controlled.
How are the cell phones getting in? Who ISN'T doing their job?

trehuger....homeowner is "on the hook for the difference between amt. owed and sales price."

'Short sales'.......ah, cost the homeowner about $4000 to initiate the process. If the homeowner had $4000.....ah, never mind.

Training and confinement are the key words.
Most of the pit bull attacks are because they are not confined.
I have 3 docile dogs, confined to my property.
#1-will chase and kill rats, snakes and geckos.
#2-will only chase and kill feral cats and rabbits.
#3-only wants to play with anything she sees moving.
Can I 'train' them not to chase and kill? YES
Can I confine them? YES
Owners responsibility. My opinion.

foreclosure-agent....I can only ask a simple question.
Person #1 bought a home ( brokers, real estate agents made a commission) and person #1 lost their job. They're losing their home. They tried.
Person #2 comes along and wants that home.
You'll do a deal with #2 for that home , make a commission, and continue on with your life, because well, you're making money.
My question. How can you live with yourself?
YOU are a used car salesman. My opinion.
