No one is saying athletes can't puch their bodies, the problem is UCF either doesn't have proper staff in place or haven't properly educated their student athletes.

IMFROMHERE...the part you are missing is that the "tie" or duel posession goes to the receiving team. At no point did the defensive player have sole posession of the ball.

Therefore by rule it should have been a touchdown.

The shame of it was that the back judge made the correct call but was over ruled by an official who was 20 yards away from the play.

To make it even worse, this crew will get an opportunity to call another game this weekend.

This crew should not be officiating playoff football. By the way this was not the only questionable call in the game.
