Yes I am sure he new the danger he faced from the moment he signed on as an officer.
I am also sure he thought about the same danger everyday he went to work.
But to have someone ambush an officer when they are summoned to help is a coward.
Leave Officer Widman and his brother and sisters alone during this unfortunate event and go mess with someone else.

I think the custodial services should start by whiping the black stuff off Donovans nose after having his head stuck in Thompsons backside.
Maybe if they do a good job - the rest of the CCSB will see what a wonderful job they can do while working with such a huge amount of trash and the custodial service members will remain here rather then letting outsiders in.

41 ( Tamiami Trail ) seems to be the same as it did 80 years ago ater if was built. That road REALLY needs to be better maintained and possibly have an extra lane added.
41 is one of the most dangerous roads I have ever been on. Especially in or after the rain.

In the meantime, he said the city would need to work toward strict enforcement of current laws regarding leashes and waste removal.

I'm sure the MIPD can find better things to do other then look to see how long a leash is and if they picked up all of their dog waste.
Leave the parks for children and families to enjoy.

Anytime an incident is looking bad for CCSO the dashboard video & audio either have malfunctioned or was not turned on!!!

How about NONE of the above ?? Ask any of the officers ...... video cameras weren't in the cars in 2004. Kind of hard to turn them off huh ??
