Do not blame the driver of the car. Del Prado is a death trap and that baby should have either been carried or someone should have been walking behind the wagon to watch his every move. Now that poor little guy is clinging to life and a man will have to live in agony for the rest of his life for an accident he caused that could have been prevented. I will pray for both of them.
