truthhurts, did you even READ my blog? or are you just another idiot skimmer with too big of a mouth to take in what you are hearing/seeing and process it...
i did not scam my customers, i would go down the buyers order and contract and tell the customer 'your rebates are $2500, your trade value is $8000' (example, of course). then the lightbulb would go on and they would say wait a minute, i was told UP FRONT that i was getting $10,500 for my trade'. this is because UP FRONT it was presented in a way that would link the trade and rebates together. FACT-most customers DONT know what the actual rebates from the manufacturer are.
BTV, obviously for the sake of being kicked off, and for the sake of the owners of my old dealership, which i happen to like a great deal, i cannot say where i previously worked, but i will be happy to message you regarding this.
i have no use for the dying car dealership industry, and i quit them- they didn't quit me.
i did well in this business and then I WALKED AWAY. i have put my name on these blogs. Do you really think with the amount of people i brought through finance, that someone would've said if i was bad to them? or anything but 100% fair and honest? my customers appreciated my full disclosure. my boss didn't.

these articles are why i am so violent- this makes me want to hurt someone. i know people argue the fact of 'could i murder? could i not murder?'. you touch a kid, you should be murdered. i could do it. dont touch kids, you sick pieces of f*(!.

BTV, you are very accurate about something... the low man on the totem pole thing... i can sum this up- usually the old, seasoned guys try to 'evaluate the income clientele' if they are not on a strict 'ups system'. they'll sit back, while the new, eager kid goes and takes the 'questionable' ups. and gets the sale. why? because in car sales, the ONLY reliable way to sell is sticking to the ABCs. when you use professionalism and courtesy, the customers can see it every time. keep in mind the 'seasoned' guys making the evaluations are usually crackheads and scumbags.
i should clarify something, there are definitely some good salesmen that are kind and honest. really. and good owners, who dont know half of what is going on with their managers... the majority of dealerships around here are managed by pompous, power-hungry egomaniacs that pull the proverbial wool over the owners eyes. they know who they are. and their days are numbered. you can only treat people badly for so long... and karma is a nasty thing.
