Mark is my brother and i can't tell you how much this pains my family. How the hell does a 16 year old have a license and an infiniti? don't you think he's a little young? My brother was a GREAT Person and devoted family man who will be greatly missed by all. TRAGIC & HORRIBLE is the only was to describe this life changing happening.
