So Senora Garcia has been here for 11 years and still can't speak English. Her husband works in Miami. Why doesn't she and her entire family move to Miami to be closer to his job? Or, move to Mexico where she wouldn't have to have an interpreter.

I had heard at one point that donated food was being held in storage and was rotting away. No one was able (or willing) to distribute it. Maybe someone better check on this before they send it over there.
