Bill Younger: an inspirational tradition. Thank you for the uplifting message.
Boulder- your guy won. At what point do you stop posting about the gov from Alaska and start talking about hopes and dreams for the new admin? I listen to liberal talk radio occasionally and have been happy recently that their focus has changed from trashing the current admin to holding Obama's feet to the fire on his election promises. Won't you join in?
You ask and plead for conservative bipartisanship (even though you and others on this forum seldom did this during the last 8 years) yet you won't seem to give up the ghost in insulting/chastising those who ran and lost.
It really is time to grow up and put your money where your mouth is. I hope and pray for the new administration to succeed and am looking fwd to the success of our country in the years to come. Won't you join me?

Besides the merit of the lawsuit (pro or con and there are legit reasons both ways), I agree with #23. You'd think that the company would have enough sense to put into their contracts that they are entitled to "reasonable" pics of their finished product to be used in their public marketing material. If they are afraid to put this into the contract because they are afraid people won't agree and it will cost them biz, then they should either not take them on as customers or they should not publish those pics and keep them in their private marketing photos for individuals to view.
I think a lot of people above are angry more so about the outlandish money spent. I admit to being twinged also but then again, it's not my money and they DO spend many many more bucks on charitable giving.

Hey Dave? I guess your moniker says it all. Not enough going on in Ohio to keep you busy? Glad my posts seem to have made an impression on you.

What the heck is your problem dude? No matter what side of the tracks you come from in SW FL, ethanol is not well thought out. I can tell you from personal experience it p's me off to be getting 3 mph less than in the past in my vehicle.
I don't own a boat but know many many great captains in our area that are feeding their families as watermen and they are also very p'ed off about this crap.
Did you even THINK before posting such an inane comment?
And about Dr. Paul, I don't always agree with him but he's got as much right to be here as someone that calls themselves the "dude" and other fruitcakes like Beetle who I personally can no longer stand.

I read all of these comments and remember my own corporal (sp?) upbringing. In today's parenting atmosphere of "hands off", "let's reason with them" and "they're my best friend", I'm wondering if there has been any serious studies done to determine if the physical punishment we rec'd as kids has any place in today's world.
I personally don't know the answer; just looking for answers. Maybe my memory from the past is overlooking some things. Of course, maybe it's not!

Grinch! Even if you don't beleive in the christian holiday, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with celebrating our lives and those we love with some thoughtful cards and gifts. Give it up Eddie; you've got green Grinch skin and we all know it every time you post.
If you want to post some thoughtful ideas on growing veggies and flowers, I'm all ears though!
