That's a whole lot of our money that will be spent.

None of it is going to help the people who are struggling with mortgage, unemployment or health insurance expense issues.

Except for the concept of it POSSIBLY adding confidence to the financial markets, and helping the balance sheets, in order to promote growth, I don't understand what's in it for the people who will ultimately pay for it.

I may not fully understand the implications of letting these markets fail, but it seems that this is a gamble ... a $7,000,000,000 crap shoot.
