Dear cit10driver, BlueTonguedVole & posters,

Agree. Information defeats panic, the true enemy. Websites and TV provide information useful to make an informed decision and maintain peace of mind.

"Radio Bahamas", ZNS-1 1540 AM proves invaluable when storms approach from our east. Night reception when many storms hit is excellent and the recently revitalized signal can be heard during the day. During Hurricanes Frances and Jean's approach, ZNS-1 aired continuous accurate reports from Out Islanders. They proved to be an invaluable early warning system.

Naples Airport sells the FAA's JN-47 wall chart. It's uncanny what paper plotting can reveal about future tracks.

Some who peddle hysteria do so to turn public anxiety into private gain.

Do you hope the smarmy media elites and their fellow travelling Palin-bashers keep it up? I know I do. My buddies do, too.

At long last, American citizens have in Governor Palin someone who speaks for them because she's one of them, rather than some sniffy Beltway Elite, Pratt House gangster, or Eyes Wide Shut pouffe.

At long last isn't it wonderful to see vapid media starlets and hubristic blow-dried telepoodles expose themselves as the sniping, mysogynistic inadequeate ginks they've long been seen to be?

Why yes, it is a delight.

But what valuable services one receives, eh? Did we receive 'services' from the City of Marco Island?

Yes we did. Mark V. Silverio, (www.silveriohall.com), George Allen Wilson, II of Cheffy "We Make Housecalls!" Passidomo, (www.napleslaw.com) Girard R. Visconti, (www.viscontilaw.com), and "Perjury Pat" Stoye attacked us via Judicial Terrorism, www.collierclerk.com Case No. 04-6085-CA. Fine service, eh?

Who do we tip?

Wilson declared my wife - my wife! - and I dead, violated next of kin rights and perhaps a Living Trust on behalf of 'criminals' who extorted our family for decades, 'split' one member and left others dead before their time.

Why'd Marco abet them? What might Marco do for your family? Or to it?

The Zecchino Estate Grifters hoped to prevail by 'imprisoning Paul Zecchino thirty years without inconvenience of Court scrutiny'.

Tall order? Not for Markograd and Judicial Terrorists with law degrees.

Marco Island. Where 'crime syndicates' fleece wealthy elderly and attack their adult offspring with Judicial Terrorism.

On Marco Island approves highest tax rate in history, delays fire assessment

When we smell smoke, don't we generally assume fire lurks beneath?

A year or so ago, didn't some mean-spirited, cynical, intolerant and utterly prescient posters see the kayaking accident involving the employer of the above individual as no accident at all? Didn't they see what lay beneath the glossy veneer of a tedious bunch of 90s success stories?

Time seems to have proven them right, hasn't it? Doesn't it always? What's the old maxim, 'dig down six feet, find two stiffs, dig down nine, you find thirty?

Why do those who trust in the deceptive power of riches believe treacherous connections will protect both them and their ill gotten gains? Don't they realize in the end, greed and overstatement is their downfall?

On Marco Island woman charged with improper exhibition of firearm

Posted on August 23 at 6:21 p.m.

Outdoorsmen, cops, military personnel and many others long and well know this individual. His 'devious, deviant, and demonic' VAWA '94 restraining-order law lets lying vindictive cranks disarm anyone who attracts their considerable ire and ruin their lives merely by lying in court.

When you speak with those who sinter the tall tales told daily by vengeful neighbors, greaszeball avaricious 'relatives', and stunt-growth subversives with law degrees, you quickly see bad law for that which it is - worse than no law at all and inimical to liberty.

Doesn't LavendaLou, #11, above raise unsettling issues? Didn't know the rules of citation? To believe that is to believe this individual skipped the fourth grade.

On You Said It: Local comments on Obama-Biden ticket

Since the mid 30s those who hate cars, fear progress, and resent comfort save for theirs have cleverly tried to reduce us to serfs.

"Use it or lose it"? Catchy. So's syphilis. Wouldn't it be great if we could burn slogans? But we can't. This gang's endless meddling and sermonizing hasn't produced a drop of sweat let alone oil.

We have so much oil, coal, and gas we could tell our mid-east 'friends' to keep theirs. That's what experts said in '79 as the same bunch quacked of 'rationing', 'no nukes', 'windfall profits taxes' and 'go solar and wind'.

Give them more control of the spigots and we'll lose a lot more than some inane leaseback gag.

They recently stated we'll not drive SUV's, eat what we want or live in comfort. But take heart, they'll let us inflate our tires.

Isn't this the same cranial halitosis that once reduced Russia, Eastern Europe and China other police-state mud-holes?

Isn't it ironic that our 'partners in prosperity' now drill just beyond our diminishing horizons as their stateside puppets sink us into the mire they jettisoned?

We mustn't judge too harshly, though, should we? After all, isn't this a typical New Economy gag? Deny listeners their favorite shows by removing them from long easily heard FM. Next, stick them on 'HD streams', and offer their return with the implied ransom that they buy HD stooge radios?
