In my opinion, this has been a done deal for about 4 months. Too many people can make money on the transfer of money on this project.
We are not manufacturing and creating value, we are just creating an industrial annuity for an investment company to buy.
Why the State of Florida would sell profit centers is beyond me. Let's privatize the jails, before we privatize the roads.
Or bundle them.

Any contractor is permitted to take pictures of their work. It can help them if the contractor runs into problems with the homeowners in the future.
It's not like they identified the home, owners, and its location. It was just examples of their work.
Finally, I found it amusing that the owners are labeled low-profile type of people, yet chose to spend $11K to decorate the inside of their house for a few weeks. At least they kept people working down here.
So much for the low-profile now. It is now out the highly decorated window.
