If anyone thinks that the conservancy or the redcoats in the Brooks will ever be happy with a scientific study are dreaming. They don't want good science. The conservancy wants to whip residents into a frenzy to help raise money, and the redcoats want a world walled off from any adversity - to hell with whatever happens to the rest of us.

Most medians in Southwest Florida are irrigated with reclaimed (treated waste) water. If this resource is not used it is often pumped deep underground never to be recovered or sent to tide. Utilities here are the most progressive in the state and further restricting utility use is senseless.
