I play the game of Capoeira. It has taught me about performing with music and dance. It has especially helped me with my flexibility and has allowed me to improve in all of my gymnastics skills. It has taught me not to fight but to defend myself if I need to.

This video provided a great synopsis of the game that my daughter and I have also come to love. We treasure how it has, does and will bring our family together. It provides us with culture, energy, and a lifestyle that we will share forever and we agree, once a capoerista always a capoerista!

This video is amazing. I learned alot from it. I've done capoeira before and I loved it. I'm hoping to soon go back to it. Its alot of fun. It helps you learn about yourself, your body and it helps you physically. I would encourage anyone to join capoeira.
